Is this the same as freedom of worship?

In no wise. Freedom of worship is implied in freedom of religion, but freedom of religion is far broader. Worship may be confined to certain times and locations, but a man can observe his religion every day of his life and every place he may go. The right to conscience is a freedom of religion far greater than just the freedom of worship.
